Job Description
We’re looking to add a Creative Project Manager to a growing in-house creative team for a Fortune 500 global brand. The team is continually growing and expanding its scope of work as a result of its digital, business, and channel expertise in support of key execution priorities. They serve as the key control point to maintain consistency across strategic guidelines and have a 100% client satisfaction rate due to the relationships they have built as well as their SLA timing and quality of work.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
Salary range varies by location and experience.
Position Overview: As the Project Manager, you will work with a cross-discipline team of creative talent as well as internal partners to manage all projects entering the in-house agency.
The Project Manager is the main point of contact for our clients. They are the first line of communication for jobs entering the system and the last line of communication when releasing jobs.
Understanding both the needs of the client and the team, this role is responsible for processing, understanding, and routing changes through the workflow tool to various internal teams and acting as a single point of contact for all client programs. Needs to take ownership of and understand the nuances of every job coming to the agency, which includes reviewing assets and creative briefs to ensure the creative team has all it needs to execute the job successfully. Having a great attitude and positively influencing all stakeholders is a must.

Who You Are: The candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have an exceptional eye for detail, and prioritize. The right candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, quick, and assertive, and have the demonstrated ability to work as a team player. The Traffic Manager position also calls for someone highly responsive with a sense of urgency, since most jobs are time-sensitive and require timely communication. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once. Multi-tasking effectively is a requisite. You need to have a strong understanding of workflow tools; all intakes are done via this tool, so you’re required to navigate through them.
