Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Chemical Process Engineer with batch chemical experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be open to getting their hands dirty on the floor and a team player. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with chemical batching, pumps, and vacuums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of chemical batching and equipemtn including boilers, vacuums and pumps
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
