To join the relaunch of the Burberry.com website, Burberry were seeking new opportunities to enhance the experience for their client base. They realised they offer more to the consumer than a retail experience and that relationships with these customers create stronger bonds with the brand - something they wanted to extend through an integrated mobile app.
Working alongside the talented internal design team I was approached to help bring their designs into high fidelity prototypes. We researched and developed a number of techniques to compliment the experience for their users which would then be passed onto their development partners and implemented into the final release.
As various prototypes for concepts and ideas were built out and hooked into their API we were able to send them off for user feedback testing before deciding upon the final scope of the project.
It was a great honour to work with a strong and agile team of highly skilled UX researchers, designers, UI designers and producers on a prestigious and globally respected brand.
